Weekly cleaning checklist

20 min a day · 7 days · HiddenClean

A free, printable weekly cleaning checklist by room, with a 20-minute job for each day so the house never needs a full weekend blitz. Tick it off, then print a fresh one next week.

Quick answer

Split the week by room: Monday kitchen, Tuesday bathroom, Wednesday floors, Thursday laundry and cloths, Friday fridge and appliances, Saturday bedrooms and dusting, Sunday a quick reset. About 20 minutes a day covers the whole home.

⚠ Safety check

Never mix cleaning products. Bleach plus ammonia, vinegar or other acids releases toxic gases. Use one product at a time, rinse between them, ventilate, and unplug appliances before you clean them.
